Frames are manufactured from cold drawn seamless tube, formed on a digitally controlled rotary former bender, tube ends are fish mouthed and the frames are fully jigged during welding.

The standard head stock is machined to take Yamaha 850 tdm components.

Or if required any head stock can be machined and set at any rake as the main frame welding jig is adjustable to allow for this.
